It’s so hard to find good LGBT-themed movies that aren’t deeply depressing, deeply ridiculous, idiot cliché-dependent comedies, or just plain bad. There are maybe two I legitimately enjoy, and one of them is deeply depressing anyway (Brokeback), but I’ve finally found another one that is pretty damn good.
